Delivery methods and payment

 

Pick-up from Lipputoimisto

 

Jyväskyläntie 3, Kaustinen Mon-Fri  open 12.00 - 18.00. No additional service charge.

By Mail

 

The ticket can be send through mail. The delivery time will be 2-4 working days.

 

The shipment costs are to Finland 3€/shipment and outside of Finland 6€/shipment.

 

E-mail

 

The self-printable email ticket works as follows; when the ticket has been paid, the system sends the ticket trough email, which you can then print out with your own printer.

The verification number or barcode will be checked at the venue. The ticket can only be used once. A copy of a ticket is not valid.

 

The delivery payment for email ticket is 1,50€/ticket.

 

What is required when purchasing an e-ticket?

-          Choose a desired event

-          Choose EMAIL as a delivery method.

-          Use Netbank as a payment method.

-          Opening the ticket: e-ticket is in pdf-form. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader-software. (The software can be downloaded free from Adobe’s webpage)

-          Printing the ticket: Printer connected to computer. In order to purchase an e-ticket you must have access to a printer.

 

Events that can be purchased by e-ticket are marked with –symbol.

 

Printing an e-ticket

 

After opening the ticket using Adobe Acrobat Reader software, print the ticket without altering the size. The printer can be both ink and laser. The ticket can be printed both black and white or in color. The most important thing is that the barcode is clear enough to be read. This will speed things up at the entrance.

Mobile

 

The ticket will be send as a text message to the customer’s mobile phone. When placing an order the order information is given along side with a mobile number, where the tickets will be send to. Event that can be purchased with Mobile Ticket are marked with –symbol.

The ticket’s verification number or barcode will be checked at the venue. The ticket can only be used once. A copy of a ticket is not valid.

 

The delivery payment for mobile ticket is 1,50 €/ticket.

NOTE! The delivery method of the tickets cannot be changed after payment.

Delivery payment through phone order:

The delivery payment will not be charged when tickets are paid with credit cards, only shipment costs to Finland 3€/shipment and outside of Finland 6€/shipment. The delivery payment of tickets purchased with invoice is 6€/shipment to Finland incl. shipment costs.

Invoicing; the customer receives an invoice trough mail or email. When the amount has been paid and can be seen in Lipputoimisto’s account, the tickets will be sent as mail tickets or e-tickets depending on the chosen delivery method. The Delivery method cannot be changed when the invoice has been paid. Any changes in the invoices have to be made through Phone order.
